In an unnamed kingdom, you (a commoner) and a Princess are born at the same time. [[Fast forward several years...]]

Several years have passed. You are currently an indentured servant at Madame Carp's dress emporium working off your parents' debt. Before the Princess is forced to marry a stranger in a week, she sneaks out into the kingdom for a final taste of freedom. [[Follow the Princess]]

You see her face. You realize you two look identical, apart from hair color. [[Talk to eachother]]

You keep sweeping but catch her looking at you. You meet eyes and realize you two look identical, apart from hair color. [[Talk to eachother]]

You realize it's the Princess and introduce yourself. You talk about your lives and realize you two share a desire to explore the world and live a different life from your current one. You two agree to live each other's lives for a week, as eachother. [[Switch roles]]

You two meet and both of you recognize the class differences that greatly hinders your life, compared to the Princess's. The Princess wants to change the harsh conditions of the commonfolk after living amongst them. In return, you want to help the Princess to be able to marry her true love and friend, Julian (the tutor). [[Help the Princess with Julian]]

The two of you expose Preminger, the man initially betrothed to the Princess, of stealing from the kingdom's mines. [[The Queen allows for the marriage between the Princess and Julian]]

The Princess was able to improve the lives of the commonfolk, was able to marry her one true love, and now you are able to pursue singing as a career like you always wanted, due to her funding. The end.

You are now inside the castle, and everyone believes you are the Princess, despite the difference in personality quirks. The Princess's tutor, Julian, knows about this switch and helps you adjust to royal life, but you also need essential advice from the Princess.
